Sacyr become disability confident employer

Sacyr UK and Ireland achieve the disability confident committed accreditation. As part of their ongoing commitment to diversity equity and inclusion they have taken this important step to continue to build an inclusive workplace. 

By joining the disability confident scheme Sacyr are actively supporting individuals with unique talents although they appreciate its an ongoing commitment and journey. 

As part of this initiative, we are actively looking to support students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) by offering accessible site visits and opportunities for work experience.  

In addition, we have made our permanent welfare compound more accessible to accommodate individuals with physical disabilities, ensuring that everyone has equal access to our facilities.
