Important Notice - Drone

It has come to our attention that there has been a drone flying over our new Velindre Cancer Centre construction site without permission. We want to remind everyone that the privacy and safety of our staff are of utmost importance to us.

Flying drones over our site without permission is not only a violation of privacy but also against the law. Drones can pose a significant risk to our staff and the community, and anyone caught flying a drone over our site without authorisation may face legal consequences.

An investigation is currently underway, and the Trust has been informed. 

We are committed to keeping our site, staff, and community safe, and we urge all drone operators to respect our boundaries and refrain from flying drones over our construction site without permission.
